Frequently asked questions
Are your products Vegan, Gluten-Free, and Non-GMO?
Yes, yes and yes! For Vegans, please select "No Honey" for your Açaí Bowl.
Do you add any sugar?
We do not add any sugar to our Fresh-Pressed Juices. Our Açaí bowls use natural honey as a sweetener.
Are your products pasteurized?
Absolutely not! We use only RAW fruits and vegetables in all of our Juices and Açaí Bowls.
What is the shelf life of your Juices & Açaí Bowls?
Because we use no artificial preservatives you can expect approximately 3-4 days of shelf-life for Juices, we place "Best by" labels on every Juice for your convenience. You should always refrigerate your Juices as soon as you receive them to maximize shelf life.
How do I prepare the Açaí Bowls?
We suggest letting your Açaí Bowl sit for 15 minutes at room temperature to properly thaw before consuming.
Why do you freeze the Açaí Bowls?
Açaí Bowls begin melting very quickly after preparation. In order to allow a take-home option, we must freeze them to ensure you don't receive Açaí Bowl Soup!!
How often do you deliver?
We deliver every Monday and Thursday, between 11am - 1pm and 5pm - 7pm. You can split deliveries for larger orders.
What if I am not there when you deliver?
Someone must be present to accept delivery. If for any reason you cannot be present for your drop-off time, we will bring your items to Natural Selection Juicery and hold them until you pickup.
How long will you hold my items if I choose to pickup?
We will hold your order until it expires. We are unable to hold expired products, and will be required to dispose of any unclaimed items past the expiration. Our service reps will attempt to contact you for pickup - however, we are not responsible for any unclaimed/expired orders.

Can I cancel or pause at anytime?
Absolutely! Simply log in to your account - select the plan you want to change and click manage - then choose "pause" or "cancel".
I won't be here because of ______, can I skip a week?
You sure can! Simply log in - select your subscription plan - and press "Pause". You can skip up to two consecutive weeks. (Please note, monthly plans are billed in advance - if you have already paid for the month you will need to reach out to us to coordinate an alternative delivery date/time)
What is the difference between Weekly and Monthly plans?
Monthly plans are billed a month-ahead (and also receive a greater discount). Both weekly and monthly plans are delivered on a weekly basis.
How do I change my order?
Log in - select your subscription plan - and choose "Edit" under "Update Choices". (Please note, any changes made the day of scheduled delivery/pickup will not be applied until the following week.)
